Scheduling integration

ForeFlight Dispatch trips, with the assessment already assigned

Scheduled trips come across on their own, each with the right assessment already attached. Polled every few minutes, so a schedule change is picked up rather than waiting for somebody to notice.

The ForeFlight Dispatch mark in RISE beside flight crews and a dispatcher at work: two pilots going over a tablet, a crew member with a tablet beside a business jet in a hangar, and a dispatcher on the phone at an airport window

What the connection does

  • Trips come across on their own, with nothing retyped
  • Your default assessment, by aircraft or by pilot in command
  • The pilot responsible for it is notified
  • The full report goes back as a PDF, filed with the trip
  • Polled every few minutes, so a schedule change is caught

How it works

Once it is on, nobody has to do anything to keep it running.

  1. 1
    ForeFlight DispatchRISE

Scheduled trips come across on their own, polled every few minutes, so a schedule change is picked up rather than waiting for somebody to notice it.

  2. 2
    RISE

Each trip gets the assessment your defaults call for, read from the aircraft or from the pilot in command, whichever you point the connection at. The pilot responsible for it is notified.

  3. 3
    The pilot

It is completed on a phone, or anywhere else.

The finished risk report goes back as a PDF, stored with the trip's files.
