Admins upload the manuals and the general safety documentation, and the people doing the work can open them in the same system they raise reports in. Nobody has to be sent a copy, and nobody ends up reading the copy they were sent in 2019.

- PDF, DOC and DOCX. Manuals are kept apart from general safety documentation, so the list stays navigable as it grows.
- What happens to a document once we upload it?
- It is stored and readable in the app by the people who need it, and it can be attached as evidence on an audit finding or on the verification that closes a safety case. Contents are not indexed or searched, and no document text reaches any AI feature.
